COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Micro Motion CMF100 M328PU parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Mitsubishi products, including obsoleted and phased-out Micro-Switch parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Msa product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Mitsubishi such as the OSE5KN612108 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MPP6HDWMPT17WMPZB06WMPZB07 manufactured by Micro-Switch and we are pleased to be able to service most Micro-Switch systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 457253 by Manufacturer Msa as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Micro-Motion Brand MODELD40SSS in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Net-Safety such as SC1100MPLASC1100SEPSS equipment made by Net-Safety have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Net-Safety products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Net-Safety" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available EE53070410 made by Namco as well as the popular 750B13TFB2RA original spares produced by Mks Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RH10600URG01V01 by Mts and SC1100MPLASC1100SEPSS spares by Net-Safety are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original F100SI138SU Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Micro-Motion. |
